Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Minimum two years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the surgical device or medical sales industry
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
