**About ARTECHOUSE**

ARTECHOUSE is an innovative art space that combines cutting-edge technology with immersive exhibits. We are seeking an experienced bartender with management aspirations to fill the role of Lead Bartender.

**Job Summary**

The Lead Bartender will be a full-time position working closely with the location leader and bar management team. This individual will be responsible for bartending, managing shifts, and maintaining daily standards of practice and procedure.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Strong knowledge of craft cocktail procedures
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to hold oneself and fellow bartenders accountable to bar and gallery procedure
  • Maintain daily standards of practice and procedure
  • Oversee daily bar setup and ensure proper procedure and timely completion
  • Take inventory of produce and supplies
  • Review daily exhibit schedule and communicate to bartenders
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar after bartenders have completed closing procedure
  • Take inventory of spirits, wine, beer, and supplies
  • Ability to supervise closing and be the last one to leave the building

**Core Qualifications + Skills**

  • 3+ years of bartending experience
  • 1 year of management experience in a full-service bar
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Food Managers license or ability to attain one
  • Ability to lift 50LBS
  • Ability to work until 12 AM, 5 nights a week
  • Flexible availability
