**About Us**

Artechose is a pioneering art space that combines cutting-edge technology with immersive exhibits. We are seeking an experienced bartender with management aspirations to fill the role of Lead Bartender.

**Job Summary**

The Lead Bartender will be a full-time position working closely with the location leader and bar management team. This individual will be responsible for managing the shift, maintaining daily standards of practice, and overseeing daily bar setup.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Strong knowledge of craft cocktail procedures
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to hold oneself and fellow bartenders accountable to bar and gallery procedures
  • Maintain daily standards of practice and procedure
  • Oversee daily bar setup, ensuring proper procedure and timely completion
  • Take inventory of produce and supplies
  • Review daily exhibit schedule and communicate to bartenders
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar after bartenders have completed closing procedure
  • Take inventory of spirits, wine, beer, and supplies
  • Ability to supervise closing and be the last one to leave the building

**Core Qualifications and Skills**

  • 3+ years of bartending experience
  • 1 year of management experience in a full-service bar
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Food Manager's license or ability to attain one
  • Ability to lift 50LBS
  • Ability to work until 12 AM, 5 nights a week
  • Flexible availability
