ARTECHOUSE is a pioneering art space that combines cutting-edge technology with immersive exhibits. We are seeking an experienced and skilled bartender to join our team as a Lead Bartender.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced bartender to manage our bar operations, create innovative cocktails, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, management experience, and a passion for art and technology.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage bar operations, including inventory, supplies, and staff management
  • Create and implement new cocktail menus and recipes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Work collaboratively with the location leader and bar management team
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment
  • Oversee daily bar setup and closing procedures
  • Take inventory of produce, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Review daily exhibit schedule and communicate with bartenders
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar after closing

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of bartending experience
  • 1 year of management experience in a full-service bar
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Food Managers license or ability to attain one
  • Ability to lift 50LBS
  • Ability to work until 12 AM, 5 nights a week
  • Flexible availability
