Position Summary:
The HR Operations Manager at Master Concessionair is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. This role emphasizes effective employee relations, training, and performance management to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers HR plans and procedures for all personnel; implements and maintains HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Processes new hire information, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with I-9 and airport badge requirements.
- Monitors compensation and performance evaluation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Oversees benefits administration, including employee enrollments, claims resolution, and communication of eligibility.
- Maintains records for EEO compliance and OSHA logs; prepares necessary reports for insurers.
- Leads recruitment efforts for various positions, including conducting job fairs and facilitating interviews.
- Provides employee relations support, including counseling and exit interviews.
- Participates in management meetings, maintaining updated organizational charts and employee directories.
- Collaborates with senior management to address staff issues and recommends improvements to HR processes.
- Maintains HR Information System records and generates reports as needed.
- Ensures compliance with employment regulations and stays updated on HR best practices.
- Assists with payroll processing and monitors timekeeping procedures.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to service.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent follow-up.
- Proficient in computer and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-5 years of HR experience, or 7 years of relevant experience.
- PHR certification preferred; prior payroll experience is a plus.
