Position Summary

The Field Navigator is tasked with a diverse array of responsibilities aimed at cultivating essential partnerships. This role is predominantly field-based, focusing on the management of inventory across various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and physician offices. The Field Navigator will collaborate closely with onsite healthcare personnel and other operational teams within SG HOMECARE INC. Exceptional customer service is a key requirement to uphold client relationships and assist them in navigating the company's offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with multiple healthcare facilities, groups, and clients in the field.
  • Act as the primary liaison for case management, discharge coordinators, and medical staff.
  • Provide assistance to medical groups and other provider entities regarding available products and services.
  • Address and resolve issues in collaboration with medical groups and relevant onsite departments.
  • Conduct training sessions, presentations, and product education as required.
  • Oversee and manage inventory maintained at hospitals, clinics, or physician offices.
  • Request necessary authorizations through the designated portal.
  • Develop and implement processes and policies to enhance overall business operations.
  • Identify and track qualified prospects for the sales pipeline.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • High School diploma or GED; two years of college or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in a related industry.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry practices, including equipment, logistics, and insurance protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to propose effective solutions.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license in good standing.
