Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to provide exceptional support to our executive team in the engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our leaders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to executive leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing reports.
  • Managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Assisting with the processing of purchase requests, supporting various programs and departments.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, answering questions, and resolving complaints.
  • Ensuring visitor security and compliance requirements are met before allowing visitors or other guests entry into the facility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative office setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to carry out a variety of clerical tasks independently.
  • Strong experience with MS Office computer applications, including intermediate to advanced skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to accurately interpret written information and to successfully complete tasks requiring basic arithmetic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
