Key Responsibilities

  • Coach Development: Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions, focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and a fun, engaging atmosphere.
  • Instructional Leadership: Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values, to ensure a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
  • Game Day Operations: Supervise the overall operation of designated sports on game days, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for players, coaches, and spectators.
  • Customer Service: Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills, providing exceptional support to players, parents, and coaches.
  • Availability: This position requires work on Saturdays, with some flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups, including players, parents, and coaches.
  • Sport-Specific Knowledge: Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge, with a strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals and strategies.
