Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Beaverhead Motorsports. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for coordinating all financial activities for our customers, including obtaining financing, preparing documentation, and selling extended service contracts and additional protection products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Coordination: Work with customers to obtain financing through lenders, ensuring all deals are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with state and federal law.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare all state and federal documents regarding vehicle purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established laws and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties, as well as manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the Sales team to ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department and that the Sales team has information on finance and lease programs.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Two years of relevant experience is required.
  • Negotiation expertise is essential.
  • Highly professional and dependable, with excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experienced with business applications and accounting software, including CDK.
