Job Overview

Beaverhead Motors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to oversee the entire service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for automotive service. They will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, maintaining service records, coordinating repairs, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the service department staff to ensure efficient and effective service operations
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance of vehicles to ensure high-quality results
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional service to maintain a positive reputation
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Prior experience in automotive service management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair, with a focus on efficiency and quality
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with a focus on resolving complaints and providing solutions
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
