About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Pre-Owned business team. As a key member of the Amazon Devices organization, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives, building new experiences that delight customers, and delivering unit targets and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-year plan to grow the Pre-Owned business, working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, in-stock, finance, retailers, merchandising, and marketing.
  • Own marketing funnel optimization across channels, promotion planning and execution, inventory management, sales and engagement analytics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive business growth and improve customer shopping experiences.
  • Prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment, invent and simplify, and communicate clearly and persuasively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product, owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, and end-to-end product delivery.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketing, business management/consulting, finance, and/or operations.
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations, managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, and influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders, managing complex and highly visible projects, and driving metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and business results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, and demonstrated high attention to detail and ability to drive insights from data.

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
