Responsibilities: The Automotive Customer Service Advisor will play a critical role in contributing to the growth of Pep Boys across all lines of business through customer engagement, product knowledge, follow-up, and follow-through at the service desk, on the sales floor, and at the register. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction meets or exceeds our high standards.
  • Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a productive service business through work order and register transactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and service and replacement part knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and best practices to provide expert advice to customers.
