Job Summary

The Waukee-Clive Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, capturing medical notes, creating treatment plans, and coordinating treatment with our technical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and technical teams to ensure seamless care
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, follow-up visits, and wellness checks
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing concerns and answering questions in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure the completion of treatment plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
