Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Presbyterian Homes & Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and services to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, including medication side effects, falls, or other safety concerns.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) in which you practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
