Technical Sales Enablement Trainee

About the Job
Cognex Corporation offers a unique opportunity for recent college graduates to join its Customer Success Development Program (CSDP). This 12-month program is designed to provide hands-on experience in various departments, including sales enablement, sales, application engineering, mechanical engineering, product marketing, product management, project management, field service, and product support.
As a participant in the CSDP, you will have the chance to develop functional, technical, and leadership skills while working on critical business projects. You will also receive exclusive training sessions to enhance your skills in areas such as project management, communication, and presentation.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist customers throughout their customer journey in the complete sales cycle.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive change and solve problems.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and executives.
- Participate in group projects that promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Meet the requirements listed below:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, computer science, or other relevant field.
- Ability to program in JavaScript and C++.
- Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High energy and motivated learner with a passion for working on cutting-edge technologies and projects.
- Team player willing to take initiative to address problems without hesitation.
