">Program Overview
">The Customer Success Development Program is a 12-month paid opportunity for recent college graduates to develop their skills in sales enablement, application engineering, product marketing, project management, and more. Participants will work on critical business projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and receive exclusive training in leadership, technical instruction, and communication skills.
">Job Responsibilities
">As a participant in the Customer Success Development Program, you will support customers throughout their journey in the sales cycle, developing functional, technical, and leadership skills. You will work on various assignments across multiple departments, including sales enablement, sales, application engineering, mechanical engineering, and product marketing.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be eligible for this program, you must have a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as engineering or computer science, and be able to program in JS and C++. You should also have excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
">About the Benefits
">Cognex offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. After completing the program, participants will secure a position within Cognex.
