Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and Record Cash Receipts: Prepare all cash receipts and daily deposits, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Vendor Communication: Maintain open communication with vendors on aging receivables, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Cash Schedule Reconciliation: Reconcile cash schedules daily to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Invoice Data Entry: Accurately enter invoice data into CDK using the correct account designations.
  • Expense Verification: Maintain a system of verifying all bills/expenses incurred in a given month are posted/accounted for in that month.
  • Vendor Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly vendor statements and maintain communication with vendors to ensure all payables are current.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
