Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, room service, and other food and beverage outlets. Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, room service, and bar operations to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Manage the human resources in the various outlets, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, developing, and motivating associates.
  • Implement company programs and manage the operations of the restaurant, room service, and other food and beverage outlets to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Forecast, implement, monitor, control, and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
  • Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.
  • Monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of the various outlet areas and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of post-high school education.
  • Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
  • Hotel experience preferred.
  • Requires thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
  • Supervision, management, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information and make logical conclusions and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, and quality assurance programs.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff and ensure accomplishment of goals.
  • Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate.
  • Written communication skills to be concise, well-organized, complete, and clear.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
