Job Overview

Position Summary

The Lifetime Value Co. is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to enhance our brand portfolio by delivering outstanding onboarding experiences for our new employees. We take pride in providing exceptional service from the very first interaction with our new hires. As we rapidly expand, we require a dedicated individual to manage our comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to create an onboarding experience that reflects LTV's Core Values.
  • Conduct essential screenings for new hires, including background and reference checks.
  • Draft and distribute offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Oversee all post-offer communications between the organization and new hires.
  • Facilitate the enrollment of new employees into LTV's HRIS and benefits programs.
  • Ensure all required new-hire documentation is collected, completed, and stored appropriately.
  • Manage company-wide announcements regarding new hires.
  • Coordinate equipment procurement for new employees.
  • Lead the onboarding and training process for the first 100 days of employment.
  • Update employee records with new hire details and any changes in employment status.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with various special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional HR role.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong understanding of federal and multi-state HR regulations.
  • Experience in onboarding new employees and managing sensitive information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
  • Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
