Job Title: CCS Administrator

The CCS Administrator is a key member of the JFS team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CCS program. This includes supervising program personnel, providing orientation and training, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage program personnel, including recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain and monitor credentialing status of CCS staff to ensure compliance with service contracts and regulations.
  • Represent JFS and the CCS program to various stakeholders, including Milwaukee County, community groups, and funding sources.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, reporting, and service delivery requirements.
  • Act as CCS Mental Health/Substance Abuse Professional when staff is not available for consultations.
  • Monitor and maintain database systems and consumer records, in compliance with county, state, and federal requirements.
  • Monitor billing eligibility for all CCS consumers to ensure compliance with Medicaid expectations.
  • Evaluate and implement policies in place per DHS 36 statute.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, School or Educational Psychology, Counseling and Guidance, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Valid Wisconsin license from one of the following Examining Boards: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counselors.
  • Meet the requirements of the CCS Mental Health Professional as described in WI Chapter DHS 36.10 (b) (1) and (3).
  • Meet the requirements of a Substance Abuse Professional as described in WI Chapter DHS 36.10 (b) (1) and (3).
  • At least 2 years of case management experience with adults and/or youth; CCS experience is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of case management supervision experience with demonstrated increasing levels of successfully executed responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of and/or experience in various case management systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and high standards of professional conduct.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, creative, and independent thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated clinical and cultural competency necessary to carry out assigned job responsibilities.
