Job Summary

The CCS Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CCS program, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, policies, and procedures. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Supervise program personnel, provide orientation and training, plan work assignments, and establish performance goals.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with all levels of consumer confidentiality, credentialing status of CCS staff, and documentation, reporting, and service delivery requirements.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent JFS and the CCS program to Milwaukee County, community groups, funding sources, contracting and regulatory agencies, referral sources, and professional sources.
  • Database Management: Monitor and maintain database systems and consumer records, in compliance with county, state, and federal requirements.
  • Eligibility and Evaluation: Monitor billing eligibility for all CCS consumers and evaluate and implement all DHHS, CARS, and CCS policies in place per DHS 36 statute.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant work experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid driver's license, access to reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance coverage throughout employment.
  • Background Checks: Successful completion of a criminal background check, caregiver background check, and Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender and Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry screening.

This is an in-office position with hours required to support the CCS team.
