Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCS Administrator to join our team at JFS, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CCS program, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage CCS staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with county, state, and federal requirements.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the CCS program and attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation, reporting, and service delivery requirements.
  • Represent JFS, Inc. at community events and meetings, promoting the CCS program and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Knowledge of Jewish culture and traditions, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
