Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit team at Seton Medical Center Hays. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide direct nursing care to critically ill newborns and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to inform patient care decisions.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or similar setting.
