Position Overview:

As a vital member of our Global Sourcing team, the Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Attraction Partner plays a key role in our recruitment achievements. You will be tasked with identifying, engaging, and attracting high-caliber candidates across various sectors and regions. Your proficiency in sourcing techniques and your capability to cultivate robust candidate pipelines will be instrumental in securing top talent and distinguishing us in a competitive landscape. This position is primarily office-based with potential for hybrid arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for a range of roles, leveraging diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms.

2. Collaborate with the recruitment team to grasp talent needs and develop precise candidate profiles.

3. Actively source and evaluate passive candidates while ensuring a smooth candidate journey throughout the hiring process.

4. Build strong connections with prospective candidates, effectively articulating our value propositions and available opportunities.

5. Remain informed about market trends, competitor insights, and recruitment best practices to enhance our sourcing strategies continuously.

6. Collect data regarding competitive landscape and market conditions that may influence our talent acquisition efforts.

7. Challenge existing practices with insightful data that enhances our recruitment processes.

8. Serve as a cultural ambassador, fostering a strong brand identity through our marketing efforts and social media presence to attract premier talent.

9. Develop inclusive market maps that comprehensively represent the desired talent pool both within and outside the commercial real estate sector.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Advanced and innovative sourcing skills, including Boolean searches and social media sourcing, with a passion for identifying top talent through creative strategies.
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills are highly advantageous.
  • Experience with Avature or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) technology.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of presenting data to senior leadership to establish credibility and trust.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics that may impact recruitment.
  • Technologically adept, with the ability to leverage tools for enhanced efficiency.
  • Proactive and growth-oriented mindset, adaptable to change and committed to continuous improvement.
