About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at RingCentral. As a key member of our General and Administrative (G&A) Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting world-class financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with leadership teams across RingCentral to design and prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for various stakeholders.
  • Ensure financial and operating decisions are based on accurate financial data and apply financial expertise to inform overall strategy.
  • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct performance reviews and financial metric analysis with leadership teams to inform business decisions.
  • Own and manage the organization's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and close processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial analysis models and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare insightful financial analytics and presentations to guide strategic directions and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a high-growth technology or software/SaaS environment.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex financial concepts into simple terms.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, and Coupa.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
