Position Overview:

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis serves as a vital strategic partner, reporting directly to the Controller. This role is essential in developing and maintaining key support for senior leadership. The focus will be on designing and implementing financial tools, reporting frameworks, business modeling, and financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, that align with our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans (budgets) and forecasts, including monthly and quarterly projections, annual operating plans, and departmental budgets.
  • Conduct management variance analysis for organizational planning, forecasting, and reporting, including all dashboard and board reporting packages.
  • Analyze quantitative data to identify trends, issues, and root causes.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance visibility into project and organizational financial performance, recommending new opportunities and identifying risks.
  • Support both internal and external financial and management reporting.
  • Monitor project financial performance, including profitability, cash flow, and risk profiles, to ensure project health.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, with 3-5 years in a management role.
Additional Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
  • Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
