Position Overview

The Director of Financial Planning will report directly to the Vice President of Financial Planning and play a pivotal leadership role in advancing and executing the strategic vision for Financial Planning at Insight Global. This individual will be part of the senior leadership team within the Financial Planning division and will share accountability for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of core Financial Planning capabilities across the organization.

Each Director will oversee a specific area of responsibility within the operational framework of the department, as detailed in a separate Statement of Responsibilities. This role requires a visionary leader who fosters and sustains collaborative relationships with key business partners, including Training, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and the broader Field Force.

This individual must be a transformative leader capable of challenging existing practices, delivering innovative solutions, and facilitating organization-wide adoption while supporting current advisor processes. A comprehensive understanding of Insight Global's business model and strategic objectives is essential, along with the ability to leverage industry knowledge and best practices to enhance organizational processes.

Key competencies include strong communication skills, collaboration, team development, conflict resolution, and leadership in change management.
