Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality analytical reports using various software programs
  • Prioritize daily work, track progress of projects and deadlines
  • Assist clients with various needs and provide timely and accurate responses to questions
  • Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients
  • Demonstrate initiative and desire to increase knowledge of rules, regulations, and concepts
  • Enhance relationships with advisors through timely and accurate responses to questions, and act with integrity and respect in all situations
  • Database management of contacts and associates
  • Oversee marketing efforts
  • Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Some experience working in Finance/Broker-Dealer/Investment background is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or willingness to become licensed will be considered
  • Must be a team player with a proactive, positive, problem-solving disposition
  • Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Demonstrate strong accuracy and thoroughness in all facets of daily work
  • Able to interface and articulate well with employees, vendors, and clients in a highly professional, timely, and friendly manner
  • Able to meet designated deadlines and work effectively in a pressurized environment
Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $45,000.00 to $55,000.00. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus.
