About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by processing various account transactions, offering banking products and services, and maintaining a secure and accurate cash handling environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, and check cashing.
  • Balancing cash drawer and client service specialist transactions.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of new and existing banking products and services.
  • Discuss and address customer financial needs to identify and offer suitable products and services.
  • Ensure the safekeeping of money in the cash drawer and prompt accounting or transfer of funds.
  • Identify and report fraudulent activity.
  • Perform and support daily tasks that maintain the integrity of the branch, including balancing ATM, processing night drop, balancing negotiable instruments, processing returned mail, balancing credit card machine, and monitoring lobby rate sheets and brochures.
  • Support referral goals for the branch by identifying and referring basic bank products to the appropriate business partner.
  • Provide an extraordinary customer experience.
About You:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, cash handling environment.
  • A professional demeanor at all times.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • The ability to pass client service specialist training programs.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $18.00 to $24.52, and the pay rate for the selected candidate will be dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
