Your Role
As the Systems Engineering Manager, you will serve as the technical leader for your District Systems Engineering team. Collaborating closely with the District Sales Manager, you and your team will cultivate relationships with clients, aiming to assist them in identifying and thwarting advanced cyber threats.

Your Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new systems engineers, ensuring we attract top talent in the industry.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance reviews for your team, fostering engagement and career success.
- Support field systems engineers in complex evaluations and problem-solving scenarios.
- Develop and maintain an updated systems engineering training curriculum.
- Establish relationships with channel partners to ensure adequate training and support for installations.
- Deliver effective technical leadership during customer interactions, sharing security trends and best practices.
- Act as a resource for pre-sales and post-sales technical challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance reference accounts and assist account teams in driving business growth.

Your Impact
As a leader, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of cybersecurity by:
- Presenting as an expert to clients at all levels, from technicians to executives.
- Engaging in discussions about industry trends and emerging security challenges.
- Collaborating with Product Management and R&D to inform product features based on customer feedback.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a pre-sales Systems Engineer Manager or Senior Systems Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of security product market trends and competitor offerings.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a client-focused approach.
