  • Collaborate with the Store Leader to implement strategic plans aimed at boosting sales and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including cleanliness, visual displays, and operational tasks such as inventory management.
  • Assist with store openings and promotional events as required.
  • Embrace and utilize new technologies and systems; familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Google Office is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure, ensuring completion of store operational procedures.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possess one or more years of management experience, either direct or indirect.
  • Have two or more years of experience in customer service or retail, preferably in a related field.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using ladders and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
