  • Assist with store activations and openings as required.
  • Embrace and adapt to new technologies and systems; familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Google Office is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure, ensuring completion of store opening and closing tasks.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Possess at least one year of management experience, either direct or indirect.
  • Have a minimum of two years in customer service or retail, preferably in a related field.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using a ladder and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
