Position Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Audit Partner with a specialization in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector to spearhead and oversee audit projects for our AEC clientele. In this crucial position, you will leverage your financial acumen, industry insights, and leadership skills to provide exceptional audit services. This role necessitates effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, outstanding client communication, and a proactive stance on industry developments and regulatory shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Oversight: Direct and manage audit projects for AEC clients, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Quality Assurance: Review and supervise audit documentation, financial statements, and associated reports to guarantee precision and adherence to regulations.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in financial matters while comprehending clients' business goals.
- Strategic Insights: Offer strategic recommendations to improve clients' financial outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support audit teams, promoting high service standards and professional development.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of comprehensive auditing experience focusing on AEC clients.
- Expertise: Profound knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory standards.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Management Skills: Proven capability to manage multiple audit projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Preferred Background: Experience with Big 4 firms is advantageous.
Compensation:
- Salary: Competitive annual salary ranging from $250,000 to $500,000+, based on experience.
