Senior Audit Manager

The Senior Audit Manager is a senior-level management position responsible for overseeing a complex and critical unit within Internal Audit. The role involves developing and executing a robust audit plan, directing complex audit activities, and managing a team of Internal Audit professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive audit plan to ensure effective risk management and control.
- Direct complex audit activities, including reviews and assessments, to identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage a team of Internal Audit professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address emerging risks and control issues.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in Internal Audit or a related field.
- Related certifications, such as CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, or CISA, are preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in business, functional, and people management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
