Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Provide direct and indirect special education services, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other school staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate and timely student records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Valid Washington State Special Education Teaching Certificate.
- Experience working with diverse student populations, with a preference for candidates with a proven track record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A competitive hourly rate of $45+.
- A full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday-Thursday (8.75 hour days).
