Job Title: Security Account Manager

At Allied Universal, we're committed to providing exceptional security services to our clients. As a Security Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the day-to-day security operations of assigned client sites
  • Manage a team of security officers, site supervisors, and shift supervisors, including hiring, training, and development
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees
  • Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites and meet financial and operational goals
  • Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
  • Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations
  • Other management responsibilities as determined by leadership
Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience
  • At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
  • Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment
