Key Responsibilities:


This full-time entry-level engineering role assists a team in the planning, scheduling, execution, and oversight of large-scale civil construction projects.

Focuses on achieving cost objectives, maintaining bid margins, and fostering a safe work environment.

All actions are performed in alignment with company policies, procedures, and standards.


Effectively communicates and embodies company culture and leadership principles with team members, emphasizing Values, Safety, Ethics Policy, and Collaboration.

Contributes to project teams by developing detailed work plans and schedules for operations.


Engages in various labor tasks as part of a team, which may include activities such as excavation, site maintenance, painting, and other essential crew duties.

Interprets contract documents and specifications.

Ensures that all work performed meets established standards and production goals.


Maintains project documentation through diary entries, photographs, videos, inspections, requests for information, reports, and various logs and journals.

Develops, reviews, and processes necessary submissions, tracking their progress to final approval.

May assist in negotiations, pricing, and procurement of materials and labor.

Helps manage and monitor fabrication and delivery of materials, ensuring accurate cost coding and invoicing.

Tracks quantities of work completed by the company and subcontractors, providing input for billing purposes.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

Supports the implementation of safety initiatives and values, including the Home Safe Tonight program.

May participate in Safe Production Teams.

May assist with Daily Written Work Plans and Work Hazard assessments as necessary.

Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

0-2 years of experience in engineering or construction.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Valid driver's license required.
