- Assisting in various elements of fire safety design under the mentorship of a Senior Fire Protection Engineer.
- Creating programming, schematic, and construction documentation.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration of fire protection design components.
- Engaging in the bidding and construction processes.
- Following established quality control protocols and procedures.
Project Duties:
- Executing tasks as assigned by a Fire Protection Engineer or Senior Fire Protection Engineer.
- Managing document organization and coordination of drawings.
- Supporting the development of schematic-level fire protection systems design.
- Contributing to building system selections and conducting code analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering.
- Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
- Aiming for Professional Engineer licensure within a specified timeframe.
- Up to four years of relevant fire protection engineering experience post-graduation.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
