Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, implementation, and completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure schedule compliance and minimize changes, delays, and interference with end users.
- Effectively manage projects to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with plans, specifications, and codes.
- Interface with project inspectors, architects, engineers, clients, and local officials to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain daily logs, project documents, and safety protocols, including Job Hazard Analysis forms and weekly toolbox safety talks.
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite, adhering to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards.
- Develop and update construction schedules using Microsoft Project or P6, and maintain proficiency in Microsoft software, including Excel, Project, and Word.
- Travel 75% of the time, with a valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to pass a driving record background check.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in commercial construction and project management.
- Experience working in occupied facilities, with a focus on renovations and retrofits.
- OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR Certificate, with knowledge and use of Procore.
- Ability to develop and update construction schedules, with proficiency in Microsoft software and P6 scheduling tool.
