About the Job

The Enterprise Account Executive plays a critical role in Vets Hired's rapid expansion in the US. This position is responsible for aligning the company's products with the needs of Enterprise IIOT target companies in the manufacturing, logistics, auto, energy, and connected device industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve revenue targets by structuring and negotiating mutually beneficial deals with prospects/customers.
  • Continuously prospect to maintain a 3x pipeline coverage.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with key customers.
  • Share learnings gained in the field with internal GTM stakeholders.
  • Suggest process improvements or doubling-downs that will maximize sales performance.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience selling infrastructure, middleware, messaging, database, Industry 4.0, or big-data SaaS products.
  • Able to close large, complex deals using a consultative, value-based approach.
  • Builder of strong relationships with business and tech decision makers.
  • Devoted to high-quality outbound prospecting based on insights gleaned from thorough research of target accounts.
  • Methodically plan how to land and expand customer relationships for long-term success.
  • Demonstrated success in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Curiosity is a positive factor in your success.
