Job Title: Computer Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Network Support Specialist to join our team at MAG Aerospace. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting existing network systems, including LAN, WAN, cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate existing network systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues
  • Develop and implement network security protocols to protect against cyber threats

Requirements:

  • 3 years of direct experience working as a Computer Network Support Specialist with a coordinated Bachelor's degree
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • OR 7 years of experience working as a Computer Network Support Specialist with an Associate's degree
  • OR 9 years of experience working as a Computer Network Support Specialist without a degree
  • SECRET clearance (may require TOP SECRET/SCI clearance in the future)
