Job Summary:



The Corporate IT Support Specialist will provide internal IT support for employees, which may include desktop support and setup, hardware/software troubleshooting, help desk ticket processing, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide technical support to employees, including desktop support and setup, hardware/software troubleshooting, and help desk ticket processing.
  • Manage inventory of IT assets, including shipping and handling of IT assets.
  • Configure servers and workstations, manage OS and application updates, and properly configure and manage network ACLs on hosts and network devices.
  • Manage user, computer, and permissions management in AD and Azure/365.
  • Document fixes and new solutions effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern cybersecurity threats and solutions.


Requirements:



  • Proficient with Windows 10.
  • Familiar with Windows Server 2016/2019.
  • Experience with Cisco Networking (Catalyst L2, L3).
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and move/relocate furniture, computer hardware, and other related office items.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Security+ Certification.
  • Microsoft 365, Office 365/Azure administration experience.
  • Familiar with PowerShell.
  • Vulnerability scanning and reporting.
  • Familiar with Linux (Debian, Centos).
  • Git experience.
  • Graylog use and administration.
  • Compliance standards including NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and CMMC.


Security Clearance:



Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.



Education:



BS/BA or AA/AS degree and 1-year related experience or High School and 2 years related experience.
