Position Summary: The F-35 Training and Logistics team is navigating an exciting phase, focusing on strategic goals such as air system alignment, product relevance, operational excellence in sustainment, and fostering an engaged workforce. We are seeking a Senior Manager for New Business & Strategy (NB&S), who will report directly to the Vice President of F-35 Training and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
As the leader of the F-35 Training and Logistics Market Segment, you will:
- Drive new business pursuits and contract growth.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Oversee technological advancements and product roadmap alignment.
- Coordinate activities with various internal teams, including business development and program management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including international service representatives.
- Execute customer engagement strategies and manage new business funding.

Basic Qualifications:

- Eligibility for security clearance.

- Military pilot or maintainer experience.
- Experience in the international military aerospace sector.
- Capture Management expertise.
Security Clearance: This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens.
Work Schedule: Lockheed Martin supports various flexible work schedules, including a 4x10 hour workweek, allowing for three days off each week.
