About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team at Rooms To Go. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers to understand their home furnishing needs and preferences.
  • Uncover customer's design vision and provide personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Generate sales through a consultative approach, highlighting the benefits and value of our products.
  • Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Explain financing and protection plans to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of our products.
  • Demonstrate product value and explain the benefits that fulfill the customer's needs.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.
