Job Overview

Position Summary: This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of a designated shift as directed by the Owner/General Manager, while strictly following all company policies and regulations. The team member will report directly to the Shift Leader/General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the profitability of the establishment by managing shifts within established guidelines for food costs, labor, utilities, and sales growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, uphold quality standards, and maintain cleanliness, fostering a positive and enjoyable work environment.
  • Exhibit operational excellence in all tasks.
  • Assist management in executing current operational strategies and company initiatives effectively and profitably.
  • Embrace the principles of being prepared, focused, and present.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the philosophy of prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.

Additional Duties:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Engage with community activities to leverage sales and public relations opportunities.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  • Ensure all restaurant equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to the Shift Leader/General Manager immediately.
