Job Summary

Rogers Group, a leading aggregates and asphalt highway construction company, is seeking a skilled Traffic Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic through our construction project areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up lane closures on high-traffic projects in accordance with MUTCD regulations and at the direction of Traffic Control Coordinator, Foreman, or Construction Superintendent.
  • Direct traffic through lane closures and construction project areas safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Dedication to working safely at all times.
  • Experience working in road construction in high-traffic areas.
  • Preference given to current ATSSA Traffic Control Technician Certification holders.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary.
  • Team player.
  • Willingness to be trained to flag/regulate traffic in accordance with MUTCD guidelines.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
