  • Team Collaboration: Assist all operators as instructed by supervision and work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, read related MSDS, and learn proper response for emergency chemical spills or skin contact, complying with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Language Skills: Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
  • Mathematical Skills: Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy, calculate figures and amounts, and apply concepts of high school math.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of equipment design and capabilities, product layouts and production specifications, product quality specifications, and quality standards.
Working Conditions
