Position Title: Lead Therapist for Assertive Community Treatment at HealthPort

HealthPort is an expanding organization dedicated to enhancing its service offerings and is in the process of establishing a new team. We are currently seeking a full-time Lead Therapist for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) initiative to become a vital part of our multidisciplinary team.

Role Overview:

  • Deliver exceptional therapeutic services utilizing ACT evidence-based methodologies.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained for all client treatment activities.
  • Design and execute personalized individual and group therapy sessions based on client requirements.
  • Facilitate treatment coordination and stabilization efforts with natural support systems and community service entities.

Qualifications and Credentials:

  • Must possess a valid mental health professional license in Maryland, such as LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
  • Exhibit strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
  • Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Authorized to perform all responsibilities related to client treatment coordination.
