Como Especialista en Operaciones Logísticas, serás responsable de la selección, verificación, embalaje, envío y recepción de mercancías en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido. Horas: 12 horas por semana, de lunes a miércoles, de 6:00 am a 10:00 am.

SSF Imported Auto Parts, LLC lidera la industria en la distribución de piezas de alta calidad para automóviles europeos. Con diez ubicaciones en cuatro estados, hemos superado las expectativas de los clientes durante más de 40 años. En SSF, creemos que cada individuo contribuye de manera única a nuestro éxito.

Funciones Esenciales del Trabajo

  • Verificar la asignación con el gerente o líder de departamento cada mañana.
  • Manejar todos los productos para evitar lesiones y/o daños al producto.
  • Otras tareas según se asignen.

Envío

  • Seleccionar todas las piezas asignadas de manera precisa y eficiente, dentro del tiempo especificado.
  • Leer todos los mensajes de selección y embalaje para instrucciones especiales.
  • Verificar el pedido, inspeccionando el producto por daños según sea necesario.
  • Empacar los pedidos de manera segura utilizando las mejores prácticas.
  • Actualizar, reimprimir y despachar manifiestos de ruta.
  • Asegurar que los conductores salgan a tiempo y proporcionar ETAs según se solicite.
  • Procesar envíos de transportistas comunes de acuerdo con las instrucciones de selección y embalaje.
  • Asegurar que todos los paquetes sean recogidos por los transportistas.

Recepción

  • Registrar las transferencias de stock según la fecha de entrada especificada.
  • Registrar envíos de proveedores nacionales y extranjeros, etiquetando piezas y completando la documentación de discrepancias según sea necesario.
  • Completar el registro de recepción, escaneando la documentación de verificación para Control de Inventario.

Almacenamiento

  • Almacenar los carros y paletas asignados de manera precisa y eficiente, incluyendo ubicaciones secundarias.
  • Investigar cualquier discrepancia.
  • Construir carros de almacenamiento según sea necesario.
  • Informar al mantenimiento de bin sobre cualquier parte que no encaje en las ubicaciones asignadas.

Mantenimiento de Bin

  • Asignar nuevos artículos a ubicaciones de bin utilizando perfiles de producto y bin.
  • Completar el mantenimiento del almacén, controles de stock e informes de limpieza.
  • Investigar mercancía faltante utilizando auditorías, datos de almacenamiento y búsquedas físicas.

Devoluciones

  • Procesar devoluciones de clientes, incluyendo cancelaciones y envíos rechazados.
  • Procesar devoluciones de proveedores, incluyendo núcleos, garantías y defectuosos.
  • Comprender el proceso automático de RA de núcleos y aplicar núcleos a pedidos COD.

Requisitos del Especialista en Operaciones Logísticas:

  • Adherirse al Manual del Empleado de SSF, pautas, políticas y procedimientos.
  • Mantener una actitud profesional en todo momento.
  • Demostrar la capacidad de trabajar eficazmente en un entorno basado en equipo.
  • Comprender y adherirse a todas las pautas de seguridad.
  • Debes ser elegible para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.

Experiencia Preferida:

  • 1 año de experiencia en logística.
  • 1 año de experiencia con escáner RF.

Además de lo anterior, se espera que un Especialista en Operaciones Logísticas también:

  • Seleccionar y extraer piezas de automóviles.
  • Levantar artículos que pesen hasta 50 libras.
  • Estar de pie, caminar, subir escaleras y empujar carros durante toda la jornada.
  • Leer etiquetas de piezas (escritas en inglés).
  • Navegar escaleras (en algunas ubicaciones).
