Job Title: Sales Executive - Logistics and Transportation Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at TalentSource. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our services to the transportation market from/to our many terminals.

Key Responsibilities:

* 5+ years minimum of professional Logistics and Transportation experience.
* Profound understanding of various supply chain solutions and service offerings
* Knowledge of industry terminology, market trends, and best sales and customer service practices.
* Demonstrated client-facing management skills.
* Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
* Comprehensive understanding of the geographic market Air Freight and Ocean Freight markets.
* Identify appropriate prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls, set appointments, and close new opportunities.
* Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined sales process with potential customers.
* Coordinate with other sales executives and local operations teams in a collaborative manner
* Active learner with strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
